- Complete Kitchen & Bath Remodel
- Organizing ~ Making the most of any space.
- Stage Homes For Sale ~ Clean out & simplify
before putting house on the market. - Custom Closet Design ~ Add cabinets, shelves, and/or drawers for a better use of closet space.
- Interior Finish Selections ~ Paint, fabric, lighting, countertops, cabinets, hardware, flooring, accessory selections.
- Very Competitive Rates (see below)
~ALL DRAWINGS & RENDERINGS ARE DONE ON AUTOCAD~
Rates...
- $60 per billable hour ~ Interior rearranging, organizing, staging, finish selection, or paint selections, floral design, accessory layout (buying & setup), fabric selection for upholstery and/or draperies. Rate applies to travel time for selection of fabrics, accessories, etc..
- Rates Vary ~ Interior remodel (kitchen and /or bath and / or closets)...hourly rate applies to all Autocad drawings & designs by CMKBD.
- $1000 retainer ~ Applies to all work during a custom home design or remodel design.
- Priced per square footage for full set of blueprints ~ Blueprints for a Design Build Home, as well as, additions to an existing home. Rates can vary due to square footage.
- Autocad drawing rates ~ determined before project begins..this applies to furniture designs, window treatments, smaller jobs.
Hours...
- Monday ~ Friday: 9:00 am ~ 3:00 pm
- Saturday & Sunday: Available upon request
